Rubber plug at rear fender,below license plate

Would any members be able to help me source rubber plug (cone shaped) that goes just below license plate to stop from vibrating etc.

I purchase mine from Honda pretty cheap. If you go to Honda, show the parts person by pointing it out to them on the micro fisch diagam they pull up. You will need to tell them that it is a K0 model.
