I spoke to the owner a few weeks ago. Seems like a nice fellow. I made a reasonable offer, but he told me he had to get at least $18k.
HM300 exhaust and new paint lower its value in my mind (halfway between original and restored). Otherwise, I think it is a nice bike. He sent me a pic of the rear wheel and it appeared to be a correct rolled rim.
