I am looking to replace the Head/cylinder on my sandy CB750 Sn. 35xx. The head has been replaced by a PO by a later model head with the center bolt by timing chain cover. I am looking for a correct head/cylinder for my bike. My Question is would any old K0 head without the center bolt by timing chain cover be correct for my bike. Were the cylinders different and need to match K0 heads? Were there other differences to get a correct sandy head/cylinder. Thanks for help, Paul
