Ahhh!!! Everything looks different! Why is this happening to me?!
So you noticed the new theme huh? Why are we using a new theme by default? Three reasons:
- Easier to read and parse (both content and controls)
- Renders well on tablets and phones now
- Modern appearance
Give it a try. Hopefully, you will notice that the content is easier to digest on all your devices!
If you are positive that it's not for you, thats ok. You can easily change your personal preference back to the original blue theme. Follow these instructions:
- Click your user profile avatar in the upper left corner of the screen and select "Account Settings"
- Click "Modify Profile" and select "Look and Layout"
- The first option lists your current theme. Click the "change" link.
- Locate "SMF DEFAULT THEME - CURVE" and click the "Use this theme" link
Done! You can change your personal theme setting whenever you like.
