Hello,
I´m new here, and I´m asking for your opinion.
I got an offer for a sandcast.
How do you think about it?
What is not original?
How much it is worth?
I attach a wordfile with fotos- no virus!.

Tanks a lot for each opion.

It appears pretty original, I'm not familiar with the european type lighting though.

Depends what price. it's an under 3000 machine and looks to be original engine and parts Mostly good Instruments, handlebars and a few other bits aren't correct but 50+ years later it's not bad at all

A quick look on Ebay UK shows 8 sandcasts for sale presently, various conditions from original to restored, and with prices in the range of £16000 (GBP) through to £35000. Several of these have been for sale for a long time (more than a year for sure), and some have been reduced in price several times and still not sold.
Prices here in the UK have peaked, some suggest they are 30% down. Personally I think that for more than £20,000 GBP it needs to be either exceptional in originality or standard of restoration, and / or a particularly early example.
There is certainly choice out there, I guess it is just a case of making the effort to assess how good the example you are thinking of buying really is, and factoring in the added costs of buying something which is not in your own country!

Hi, thank you very much. That is a good Info. I didn't think at eBay UK. But to be honest, I thought the prices are more high. I didn't think, that you can find one below 20-25k.

All these have stamped numbers on the headstock No number = replacement frame, not correct frame or some other reason All have the stamping CB750 - 1XXXXXX
The key feature is the number 0 is a split type font
