Just wondering if anyone knows when the 9 hole clutch covers made the change from having a thin profile under the cable adjuster nut to a thicker profile. I've seen these two different types now and thier could be more but this seems to be a pretty significant change. The thin type came from an engine in the low 2000 vin range and the thicker type came from engines 5667 and 5690. Checked my part # guide that includes the cb750 through K1 but no change was specified untill 7414. Only cover I still have is on engine 5667 so I'll try to get a picture up of that one with the area I'm talking about pointed out.
