from few time the my  four 750 k0 has a new brother.
I bought a Honda Xr 600 r of 1986.
So, the next restoring will be for this old bike.

To resolve the pin problem, I drilled and inserted a special pin.
The translation in italian is "spina elastica", but I don't know the english name.





The result is good.

Yesterday I reassembled the light switch.
I used the lithium grease.



Fortunately, my son helped me. There are's two springs, and the assembly of these, is not simple (with only two hands).







Today I continue with the other parts
