Title: Frame Forgery on eBay 1006149
Post by: kmb69 on March 06, 2013, 11:04:54 pm
This crook is up to it again. Restamped frame number. NOT a Sandcast frame. Check the 006 - NOT Honda numbers. Can also see a flat grinding spot. Check rear shock gussets.

hmm....

i avoid being an ebay policeman; but this one got to me, so....   i took it upon myself to write the yankee pickpocket this,  "the "6" in this vin is NOT honda factory vin font.  "someone" has altered the vin on this frame.  the rear shock gussets are not the short type seen on all 'sandcast' frames.  you've been advised."      (i did not write, gotta like the shitty new paint.)

Yes and the last frame he sold was a fake as well. I think he is doing this rather than finding these in junk yards

Is that a true fact about porous welds,?
