Title: Cylinders/jugs won't break free
Post by: slyguy on January 11, 2013, 09:50:38 am
Man! can't get the jugs to let loose from base gasket and I don't want to pound a freakin screwdriver or something in-between jugs and cases....screwing it up? I'm not even sure if there are indeed any "tricks" for this operation?

stuff a load of rags in the two cylinders that the pistons are lowest replace the head and just put in the four bolts that are under the pucks they only need to be hand tight and turn the crank with a good socket and hey pesto the the barrels will lift nice and even  I've done this before it worked for me ;)
