Title: oil tank

I have a oil tank ( received from a ebay auction in US some years ago ) with both oil hoses for a sandcast. the first time I see stamped 6  7 ( please see Pictures ) I never have seen it on other oil tanks
this means Production of the oil tank June 7   ???

This is one I had. It looks like 4 23.

Tank off #302.
Date is 4-15, so 15th April?

so I think both numbers are date of production!
