Title: License Plate Bracket Identification

Can anyone identify what bike this license plate mounting bracket is from?  This is mounted on #256 but I've never seen one like this before.

looks to be from a later Honda 79 THROUGH 82, 650,750,900 CC bikes. Marty K.
