After 40 and more years is not easy find the absorbers in this condition, with untouched decals.
The aftermarket are very similar.
I have some doubts.

look to me that these could be 750K1 units - note the extra chrome seat / washer under the spring, something introduced when the spring was changed. Nice items though.

I always compare the number of springs spirals visible between the bottom of shock and the top cover. My Sandcast springs have a tighter rotation with seven spirals visible and the next version with six spring spirals visible when viewed with no weight on the seat on a bike at rest. These look to be late K0 or K1 springs in really great shape.

My humble opinion: not "sandcast." sandcast had 7 exposed springs. later units had 6 visible springs. as someone pointed out, the early units springs had more windings. i've always called them "7 spring" shocks.
I have a clean pair of correct 7 spring shocks i do not need; i will sell.

What is the overall lenght and the lengt "middle-middle" of KO springs?
