Gauges - Levers and Cables / Reset ODO??
« on: August 15, 2011, 04:00:22 pm »
I am having my gauges restored to new, as well as the bike, some day! So my question is should I reset the odometer to 000000, or leave the miles on the odo as original miles to the bike, and who knows if it is same as came with bike?
Thanks in advance for your comments!

New Member Introductions / Hello to all from the windy city!
« on: December 21, 2010, 04:56:38 pm »
I recently purchased a K0, 3000 bikes over the sandcast mark and want to restore it. Here is my question, can I over restore this bike, (has wrinkle tank and double cut fender and not else sure yet other early items, built 10/69), but not a sandy?
Or should I just wait till I find a true sandcast? I would like to add to my collection. Does anyone have one for sale needing a restoration? I look forward to the experts here for any help and advice!
