Oh My God....who'd thought that it would bring that kind of money though....$148.1K  ow that hurts my wallet.

I can probably make some copies of the master dvd's that I have. I don't have the program that I created the dvd's with anymore...moved on to a new computer and that was some old legacy software that I had.
I 'll see what I can do for you.

Steve,

Yes it's been awhile since you have heard from me.... and yes I do jump on the site now and then....still have my orange K4.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't some of the pre-production test bikes have a drum front brake. I think I remember seeing pictures of those in the Bob's talk at 09 VMD. I would believe that those would predate this bike. Currently this one is at $121K with a whole week to go on the auction.

Aaahhhhh    H D........The most efficient method of wasting expensive gasoline to make noise without the harmful side-effects of horsepower or speed.    Never have to worry about anyone stealing it. If they are dumb enough and do though....you can just follow the tiny droplets of oil to where they took it. ;D

ahhh, the ignorant and misinformed. I guess they help make the world go round....in some mysterious way  ;)

No...not really.....had one.....not my cup of tea...... Like the sticker said...."If I wanted one, I'd have one. I don't, so I don't!"  Never been impressed by HD.  Very Old ones like steve wants is Ok by me....Stuff they sold in the late 60's and 70's was pure crap. Stuff they are selling today is much better but WAY WAY overpriced and the only real new technology is in all the accessories on them. Of course, I can't say much for Honda these days either. The only real cool stuff they have come out with lately was the FURY which was 10 years too late and the new VRF1200 which is a super engine on a not so super bike frame. ;)

Whew......I was concerned about the tapping, but I thought that it would give you the best possibility of pulling it out. Thought about using a SS sheet metal screw, but figured that would be spreading the pin more than the machine screw would. Glad it's out and you're moving on to some more fun things. Did you get that liquid wrench? I've used it and PB Blaster and they both work great.

Those that have ordered, please let me know when you receive your DVD. I would like to track the amount of time it takes to get it to you especially during this time of the year. I am keeping track of ship dates.  thanks    ray

Mark,
Rather than going through the process of welding the rod to the split pin....get a tap and thread the entire length of the split pin. screw in a harden bolt and then use your slide hammer to gently pull out the pin, using the liquid wrench or PB blaster and heat along with the hammer will surely do the trick. IMHO

So Just a quick update..... I have touched up some things and fixed some transitions and I am burning the NTSC version now to be followed by the PAL version. I am going to make it so that it is a autoplay DVD. If for any reason, it does not start automatically when inserted, just press play on your computer or DVD player. I should have everything ready to start shipping by the middle or end of this week. I will check with postal and other means to see what the shipping costs will be to various countries and non-lower 48 states, IE Canada, Hawaii, Alaska. Once I have that info I will contact those that have requested a copy and post it on the board here.
I have just finished watching the final production and I am very very happy with the way it has turned out. I think you will all like it.
Will keep everyone posted on progress.

So....Shipping has started. Here are the costs.....

OK....here it is.... Looks like most european and asian areas will add about a $1.50 USD to the cost for shipping and Canada will add about $0.60 to it.  So the International cost will be $11.50 USD, Canada will be $10.60 USD.

I will use my paypal account for those that wish to pay that way.  rrb50fly@aol.com
or for checks....or money orders...etc.

Yet, Vic just put a high vin 6537 on EBAY and got the bucks. So I have to wonder....I think it really depends on the bike itself.

Steve, If you haven't already sent the copy of the Jameson dvd, you could send me the copies and I will scan them for upload. I don't believe that there will be any copyright contentions and the sohc4 info has been up and posted for quite some time now.
