Post by: 4pots1969 on June 05, 2014, 07:19:50 am
Tomorrow June 6th, 2014 is a very very Big Day in FRANCE.
By this message I want to make a big tribute has all the soldiers died on the beaches of Normandie to release France from the occupation nazi.
We have the freedom today that they sacrificed themselves...
Never we shall forget him... That the Peace is with them.

Regards, Gerard

Thank you very much, Gerard.  I recently finished watching "Ken Burns - The War."  Stories of 4 American towns and their people in the war experience.  My Mom's 3 brothers were all in the Pacific.

How far do you live from Normandie ?

"a big tribute has all the soldiers"  Je pensais que c'était une évidence..

Hello ...?
Yes, they were not forgotten and they are respectfully quoted because my tribute is for all the soldiers implied in the liberation of France...
I thought that it was an obvious fact..
