If you see a hose of smooth oil like that you don't put that $98,00  ??? ??? on the auction but at least $250/300

A friend found the item. Must be off a sandcast.
The same seller also sold these instruments. This is a very early speedo. They need to be restored but a bargain buy for the pair IMHO
