Looks to be a complete engine. Has the early unbroken rocker cradles. I like the number as well An auction worth watching.

i wonder if it has the "diamond" "criss-cross" cam cover or thin lip alt.cover ?

That's a negative on the thin lip cover :'(

Oil line don't look like braided smooth ferrule lines, crimping looks to distinct.
