Too short by about 7cm to 8cm.

Mine from # 1983 is about 27cm

those ebay cables are not remotely similar to cb750 ground cable.

Some years ago I dissected a genuine early earth braided cable and it's nothing like that Yamiya one. The original cable had several hundred internal strands of tin plated wire inside a braided sheath and was circular in cross section, not flat like the Yamiya one ( I have the details somewhere). I do intend to replicate these but been busy and not got round to it yet.
