Title: Curious cam chain tensioner...
Post by: 4pots1969 on April 29, 2018, 04:34:55 am
Who has already seen this cam chain tensioner left in the photos?
Is it a very late tensioner or a part of the parallel market?
Thanks ;)

The left one has lots of small circles, are these from casting?

Those marks seem to indicate extractor pins used for die-casting, there all over plastic parts as well if you look careful.

For the same reason the "gap" is filled because otherwise you need a more difficult mould to be able to make the gap.

I mean the flat middle spot on the top picture left, instead of the lowered right one.
