Title: SUMP COVERS

Honda produced 2 different sump covers for the sandcast and you can clearly see the differences if you study the photos. Why they changed from the original casting is a good question. Does anyone know when they changed over to the later design as the later cover I have has never been fitted to an engine.

E 2005 has early cover.

E5491 from VIN 5383 has the later style.
