Title: Sand casting cam chain tensioner/die casting cam chain tensioner

I would like to have a copy the recall note in Honda dealerships for the replacement of sand-casting cam chain tensioner for one with die-casting, or just informations?

Never heard before that there was a recall of the tensioner. Any one else have a view?
