Aujourd’hui, je partage la tristesse avec mon Français ami Gerard, pour la perte de notre dame Catherdral.

Steve my Friend, I am touched in the heart by your words of comfort, because my sadness is great for Notre Dame de Paris... In wanting to preserve it from the imprints of time, we almost destroyed it forever...

Indeed, it's complete destruction would have left an unfillable hole in the fabric of French history.

Frankly, I wonder if the French are not morons... We have not been at all up to it, to prevent this disaster from happening... Countries around the world should bring us to court for that...

this is only one thing i love about the French, they are perfectly able to criticize themselves unlike some countries who piously and hypocritically cling to or twist ideals they violate with the greatest of ease.

Merci de partager, Gerard.  Je vois dans les nouvelles une des fenêtres de vitraux magnifiques a été épargné.  Je ne peux pas imaginer ce qui a été perdu.  Il est assez écœurant pour imaginer les bois de chêne de 800 ans brûlant.

Gerard, j’ai eu des frissons sur ma colonne vertébrale en regardant ce commentaire de nouvelles et de voir ces bois de chêne de 800 ans, beaucoup moins la fabrication et l’architecture de l’infrastructure de l’église.  Tout simplement incroyable.  J’aime l’histoire de toutes sortes, même si je n’ai lu que de façon occasionnelle l’histoire européenne.  J’ai lu environ 40 000 pages de l’histoire américaine, Antebellum histoire de la guerre civile pré-américaine sur le haut à travers l’Inde-guerres de l’armée américaine par 1891.

S’il vous plaît garder toute autre Français nouvelles à venir!  Je l'aime!

Steve, In fact, this subject is longer but they have censored, impossible to find this subject on the replays of MYTF1, it because we saw neon lights on the wood of the frame with electrical wires running everywhere ... No wonder the wooden frame caught fire...
Knowing that it was forbidden to put electricity under the wooden frame. I feel rage against those who did this because of their unconsciousness...

Gerard, j’imagine que les ouvriers qui ont accroché les lumières se sentent horribles et l’entreprise de construction est tremble dans la crainte pour des costumes de loi qui se produira.
