If it is a Sancdast then it looks pretty unmolested - nice front fender!!

At a quick glance the frame looks good but appears to have replacement diecast engine cases. Rear fender and tail light are from a later model.

Hmm yes - probably correct - I tried to blow up the pic with the engine number on but could not make it out but it certainly looks like a smooth finish on the crankcases. A picture of the engine number would be interesting. unfortunately it does not have the Vic World 'droopy pear' 9 in it :)
Sure ChrisR will tell me a 101 non-stock differences!

I did see this bike about a week ago at a show. It is a sandcast VIN, but with replacement die cast cases. Correct rear rim, gas tank, recessed switch, front fender (a bit beat up, but solid). Seat base is the worst I have ever seen (only about 50% remains beneath the foam / cover).
As to the price... let each make there own mind up about that!
