motor 69,frame 70 but check maskin tape number on frame... ;D

i can't make out the numbers....   

frame must have been road raced; lot's of gusseting in flex areas.

I contacted him a while back looking for numbers from the 69 engine. Heard nothing back. His loss. Lanark is not far from me. I might have taken it all off his hands if there were anything worth taking! ;) Seems there are some low number bikes poppingup around me. I'm curious on that engine!

The frame has an oval hole to the rear of where the battery goes.  69 and 70 frames do not have the oval, they are solid.  Does anyone know at what frame vin the oval holes began?
