The gems are on surface and  not rear side, the orange zone is touchupped, the plastic glass seems replaced and trought wire grommet is not correct or not correctly mounted.

The neutral jewel seems blue, and the oil a non-transparant one. $390 is currently bidden. Probably by one who doesn't know how a K0 tach must look like.
