Looks like he was selling some SC parts back in 08 and 09. Maybe originals from this bike?

Frame 1637 vs Engine 1170 is a pretty big difference but it is listed in the VIN Directory like that.

I think the price is arrived.
The bike will do not more too (no wrinkle t., no orig. seat, no lotus r., tires......).

WOW is right! Two bidders in the $20K range. Especially in this economy and the non-originals Riccardo mentions. I love it!

Yes, quite a few non-originals on the bike from what I can make out ;)
But is has been named 'Motorcycle of the Century' by Motorcyclist magazine...   8)

Uh-Oh! Had a bid retracted. Down to $17,200. The current high bidder actually has a $20,000 bid placed as demonstrated prior to the retraction. Not sure who the retraction bidder is but I have seen him pull that crap in the past on several eBay SC's just to see what the reserve and/or high bid is.

Whoa! This one is going the wrong way. Another bid retracted.

Many persons do this joke to discover the reserve.
They bid high, discover the reserve and then retract the bid.
In this way many bidders are frozen by reserve price and the late bidder knows the reserve, so the competition is stopped.
