A member has advised me that it appears like he cannot see my posts when he scans "View the most recent posts on the forum." from the Home Page of the forum.
Please respond to this post and let me know if you found it by viewing "View the most recent posts on the forum." or if you had to go into the new posts in the General category to see it.
Thank You.

"did you know 90% of all Harley's ever made are still on the road ,the other 10% made it home" ;)

I don't have a "View the most recent posts on the forum."choice on the home screen I see. I have "show unread posts since last visit" but nothing else. So what am I missing Jimmy
And no, I don't own a Harley ;)

View the most recent posts on the forum is working for me.
kp: View the most recent posts on the forum: Is located at the bottom of the page just under LATEST POSTS and just above MORE STATS.

Hi Marty
Thanks for the heads up on that. I never get that far down the page which is probably why I missed it, but tis a working all righty ;D
I'm just out to the garage to see if one of my bikes actually is a Harley ;)
-
kp: Look for the bike with the oil spots under it, (no oil spots no Harley).

"Harley-Davidson; made of tin, ride 'em out and push 'em in. You can't wear out an Indian Scout, nor it's brother the Indian Chief. It's all those Harley's that cause eternal grief." (old saw from the 'teens through the 30's when there was strong rivalry between the brands and rider loyalty to home town dealerships.) Sorry, Wayne and Mark !! heh, heh.

No worries. ;) I'd have to say though that I've probably seen as many leaky CB750's as H-D's.
-
Yep. Most things, then and now, were designed to last a lifetime with rountine maintainence. Neglect has killed more motorcycles than anything else.
-
You guys are a hoot...and I misunderstood a members observations. he is actually not seeing my new posts under "Show unread posts since last visit." which is at the top of the page. Lets see what happens now. ???

Harley riders unite! ;) lol Seriously though my current daily rider, an 06 Harley Super Glide has over 65,000 KM on it. Only thing I have done is tires, oil changes and one stinky stator and rotor due to a poor 2 piece design rotor that has since been replaced with a 1 piece design. Not a single drop of oil under this bike anywhere, any time. ;D ohh, and I forgot...with just a few light mod's this bike really hauls ass as well! ;) Now, let's get back to sandcasts! :)
-
Back to Sandcast: Mine left more oil, where it was parket just the first month, than the previous R69S BMW in 8 years! Now 43 years ago. And I come straight to these lines from "unread posts".
