Hard to spot any major differneces. Seems to be a larger hole in the center of the mid bracket on the underside. Other than that I'd say the new one looks to be constructed a bit better. The welds are more symetrical and the cuts on the ends look to be better crafted. Looks more original than a restored fender though. The chrome plate shops think I'm nuts for asking them to forget about making the underside look nice and to put those original belt sanding marks in the top part. Some flat out refuse to booger up thier work as it hurts thier pride.
