Looks like the wrong seat, rear turn signal lenses and grips. Otherwise a remarkable bike. Probably made the same week as my #410!

Zero feedback for the seller. Should be interesting.

This is one very nice motorcycle. The rear signals are probably correct for whichever US State required red rear signals and the seat is par for the course I suppose, as not too many original sandies around un-Yamiya'd.The seller has a wheel, tools, manual and title which makes this a very sellable bike.To my mind I would think this bike is a $30k +++ bike but without the spin we often see with these sandcast listings, he maybe won't get there. This would be disappointing as I believe this is a good collectable example. We shall see.

interesting, no thin lip.  still having the rear rim speaks for truth in advertising.  looks like 28's are gone.  KP is correct; some states required red t.s. lenses on the rear.  i'm guessing the ad lister may not be owner nor a motorcycle man.

Anyone know which states required the red rear turn signal lenses? #410 came with them and I just assumed they were aftermarket for looks.

i don't know exactly, but this is not the only east coast bike i've seen with red blinker lenses.

When I showed the pis of #410 to Vic, he seemed to think that it was a common aesthetic that people liked in the early seventies. Didn't occur to me that it could be the result of a law.
