Hi!
Please dismount the chromeplate and take a photo of the area around the gear so it´s really the early type. If so I´m interested.
Please send photos to my mail bojje@snapphanetruck.se
Kind regards, Bo from sweden.

If still available, did you work on the unit or did it already have the new faceplate and the painted needle tip when you bought it?

Sorry, but I had to ask.  I'm new to the forum, don't really know how things are yet, and still feeling my way around.  Didn't mean to offend anyone.   John

Not to worry John!  i am glad you are saying what you are saying and asking what you are asking!  in spite of annoying each other from time to time, we all get along pretty good because we appreciate what each of us brings to our small fellowship!  i would say everyone of the people who actively contribute to our forum are upstanding folks with solid integrity.  our fellowship is too small to think we can shit in our bed and remain a part of it.

I agree with Mr and Mrs Swan. You need to ask such questions. The French are notorious for having their baguette and eating it all  ;D Gerard can be a good bloke though even if he likes his baguette  :D ;) ;D
