advertised as sandcast, is 25xxx engine and frame with all sorts blah, blah, blah hype in ad description. bidding at $8350, auction has 24 hrs remaining; somebody must want a deep restoration project ! throw another $15k at this one and you'll pretty much have a bike that's not worth more than $15k. would make a nice original patina rider, though !

I agree Steve. I saw the ad and saw that he missed labeled the ad. This is the second time it has been posted on eBay and I talked with the seller - I think he thought he had a sandcast because he set the reserve very high. Anyways i agree it would be a nice survivor bike.
