Title: Foot Brake Pedal

I have a CB750K3 that has an adjustable stop for the brake pedal. Keeps the pedal from stopping on the foot peg.  2659 does not have this feature.  Did all or some if the Sandcasts not have this feature?

The sandcast had 2 different type brake pedals fitted, both without the stop you refer to. The pedal fitted to your bike is the earlier type which was seen on machines up to around Frame 3000. The later type early pedal was fitted to all K0 and i believe K1 machines. A later again pedal had an angled spline bolt. Why they did this I cannot answer.
