I noticed the screw in my headlight ring that is used to adjust the beam left and right is a straight blade.  Should this not be a Phillips (jis) head ?  Does anyone know where I can get one of the correct screws ?

The original screw is not cruxiforme or Phillips, it is a conventional screw with a straight slot..
