Repro double cut front fender and short chain guard questions

Hello sandcast fans. I've a diecast K0 frame number 12300 and I have a few questions:

1. I want to fit a Yamiya short chain guard for asthetic reasons. Would this be correct for my bike?
2. I want to fit a double cut front guard. Would this be correct for my frame number?
3. The Yamiya double cut appears to be the guard of choice. However, with the New Zealand dollar at just .65 USD and factoring tax when landed at 15% and freight the cost comes out to around $1500 NZD or approximately $1000 USD. It's just a bridge too far. So has anyone an opinion of this manufacturer below?

The one from Vietnam would be $468 NZD landed but I don't like the paint on the underside.

My 12681 diecast had the double-cut front fender and the short chain guard.  I think the chain guard changed on the K1.

No Mark, short chain guard was changed  in early 20K VIN range, I think. Double cut fron fender about 15K

I think the Vietnam fender and the one from motorcycle seats direct are the same fender, and possibly the same seller, just a feeling I get so I can't be sure

seems someone made a post on this a year or so ago.  can't recall ever hearing a blow by blow comparison of the Vietnamese vs original fenders.  seem to recall front fenders are close, but not exact. not asked in this post, but i do recall the exhaust being more polished, brighter chromed than original.  don't recall hearing anything about fit of Viet vs orig.parts.

would be nice to here a concise comparison.....

Thanks for the input, men. I'll have to run with the Yamiya750 guard as every time I would look at the bike it would annoy me if it wasn't the best I could buy. I'm also glad that I can fit it along with a short chain guard.

My advice FWIW buy the blade polished but unchromed from Vietnam and then further polish yourself,  then chrome plate (around 70GBP in the UK to have chromed). That's what I did for my early diecast and it turned out really nice. I was the one who persuaded him to sell unchromed (or raw metal as he calls it and the unchromed price isn't much less than chromed by him but his chroming isn't too good). Word of advice though, tell him to protect the underside as mine arrived with quite a bit of surface rust.

Thanks Ash, I'll buy one and get it chromed. That will save me the best part of $900 NZD. And from two feet away from it, no one will know that it's not "Yamiya correct"
