A friend found this bike in an abandoned house. Looks like early side covers, double cut fender? And possibly other early parts? Any thoughts on what we're looking at here? I'm going to go try and find the place again and have a closer look.

Front fender has speedo cable guide, so likely a 1970 onwards die cast?
