Honda Rear Inner Fender/Guard

Does anyone know the difference between the 300 part number item and the 341 part number item. I do know the wiring clips are larger on the 341 but what's the difference between the 2 inners or are they the same. I read where they are interchangeable but are they the same shape.

341-000 part number inner fenders have elongated holes for the mounting bolts (and elongated 500/4 spacer washers). Later ones (341-010) also have a larger indent to clear the battery carrier).
Wiring clips are also larger on the K1 inner fender, 80105-300-010.
