The plastic lenses of Honda CB750K0 Sandcast gauges are often cracked or heavily scratched. If the black covers are still fine, it is almost impossible to get the old lens removed from the black cover without any damage to the black cover. These parts are very tightly connected to each other. If you want to keep your CB750K0/Sandcast as original as possible and want to keep the old black covers, we offer to replace the old plastic lens for a brand new, crystal clear plastic lens, keeping the black cover. We have the tools and skills to remove the old lens and put a new lens into the existing black cover. Including silver rim! Contact us at info@cb750faces.com

At the left side the original black plastic gauge cover with removed old lens. At the right side the new lens.

The lens lens fits perfectly into the black cover, including silver rim!

if you have access to a lathe with a 3 jaw chuck, the black case can be chucked and the lens turned out.  i use a hose clamp around the circumference of the case to stiffen it up and gently tighten the jaws of the chuck enough to hold the case in place.

I use a CNC router/milling machine. It cost some time to make a holder and find the right parameters, but it works great. Anyone who has access to such machines and some knwoledge and skills can do that, but the majority of people don't ave that. And if you make a mistake and damage the black cover, you cannot do it again. But luckily, there is a online store where you can buy good repops ;)
