A big curiosity ....

On ebay I find this...

http://www.ebay.it/itm/Birchwood-Casey-ALUMINIUM-BLACK-Metal-Finisher-/360191791945?pt=UK_SportingGoods_Hunting_ShootingSports_ET&hash=item53dd1a9349

Someone has already tried it?

it seems interesting and simple

Did you try this ?  If so, how did it work ?   Hai provato questo? Se č cosė, come ha funzionato?

Hi Steve,
no, I don't tried it.
Near my town there is a factory specialized in anodizing.
I paid 20 dollar and after one day I took all pieces.
Very  very nice.

These are all parts

bye

Buongiorno Maurizio, you are away a long time.
The early Honda Sandcast originalally came with the 2 hole airbox. There were 2 variations with the reproduction from Yamiya being the early 2 hole. Around mid production of the Sandcast bikes, this was changed to a three hole variation in order to overcome cracking of the early 2 hole design. All diecast bikes came fitted with the 3 hole type air cleaner box
If you want a 3 hole airbox then the easiest fix would be to drill a third hole in the Yamiya reproduction. I am not sure if the 3 hole bracket aligns with the existing 2 holes but you can try before any modification. A presto

many thanks for the reply.
I ask it for a lean mixture.
Sometime I hear a small explosion from the Right side (probably lean mixture?).
In the next days I check other things.

Bye

*P.s.
Can I open a new post for my new restoration? IL MOSTRO is Honda Xr600 1986. If the reply is Yes there is a special section ?
Regards
