I'm no lawyer and not versed in the law.  But IMO this appears to be bare faced fraud.  I don't understand how this sort of thing continues with no repercussions.

Do not think this to be fraud.

He doesn’t claim the tank to be genuine stuff but calls it „69 style“.

I often see ad on ebay with replica parts, even from German dealers, that are not clearly stated as being replica parts.
