motor vin 1009654 some sandy parts I think?

Carbs have 4 cables. Head is missing the front center bolt. Cases are a bit higher number. But have no ridge around the vin number. Cases are rougher around the seems than the other 13 motors I have.

Top triple tree has rubber mounted bars? Motor is locked up but complete minus a bottom left fin corner broke off. ( was told it had just been rebuilt before he had bought it) And of course this baffoon let it set for years.

I think 1007414 was the last sandy. But I think I have some sandy parts on this bike.

I have viewed all the pictures you've posted. The engine is an early vin numbered diecast as the clutch cover has ten screw holes were as sandcast cases have nine. The motor does have the earlier style head with out center bolt and early four cable type carbs. It looks like the oil tank has been modified to give the bike a cleaner more stream line look. The complete front end looks to be from a Honda CB360. Also the rear wheel is not original to this bike. Marty K.

Planning on rebuilding the carbs. They are pretty nice looking on the outside for their age. But inside the bowls looked like they were full of coke lol.. They'll take a bit of work to clean but I'll get them done up nice and sell them off.

I'll prolly sell the head and jugs as well if there's much market for them. The bottom end. I'm thinking of rebuilding and replacing my 72 in my chop. Just so I can say I have a 69 heart in my bike
