The guy from the SOHC4.net forum who also produces repo side covers will produce the jewels as well. I don't know what these will cost, but more expensive than the Yamiya ones is unlikely.

But it's necessary see the effect with the rear light working.

I received a set of Yamiya Jewels the other day and they look goo from where I'm sitting. They were not expensive either. This is the sort of quality we have come to expect from Yamiya. Hope this helps KP
