Is there a difference in the Honda world between "Parts Bulletins" and "Service Bulletins". Where I worked there was both.

I have some copies of both "Parts" and "Service" bulletins originating from American Honda Motor Co. I'm pretty sure that Honda UK also issued similar publications to their dealer network, so it appears there are several sources / types of bulletin out there.

Happy New Year! I'm surprised the bulletin has no references to the gas cap recall/replacement to locking type! I'm sure I saved the notice/paperwork  in a box somewhere...  Tim
