Looks like the frame can be reused.

I am restoring two sandcasts , one of them I have started with only the frame , the rest of the partsI bought on e-bay, the other with only frame and engine, but now I have managed to find all the parts except for the engine which I am still searching for !

A diamond in the rough!

Should make for a rewarding project. The further gone they are when you get them, the better they look when they're done!

It's rough, but looks to be pretty complete. Good luck, and post more pics as the resto progresses.
