This is really interesting information. So far the only T cast on the crankcase tops was the engine case cast on 9-11.
The cast T is still another Sandcast mystery, but it is really amazing to see this photo of a no number Sandcast case with a 9-10 cast date. Wonder what changed the next day in production? We know that more than 60 cases had to be cast per day on average, since extra Sandcast were sent to the dealers after production started up.
Please keep sending pics of your top crankcase cast characters, we need to find more cast Ts out there, so we can solve this puzzle.
