Sandcast e6696 for sale in California

Just connected with a seller in the Sacramento area of California who has a late model sandcast. I had a trusted friend take a look for me and take these photos. I offered to post the ad here to help the community and the seller. His description:

pic showing oil tank, the top bracket held by bolt looks different than the usual factory...  is it the pic, the oil tank or me?

We do not see the oil tank... I see only a plastic cover of unknown origin fixed by bolts in the rubbers of the originals covers ??

Steve is correct. Incorrect weird looking cover was bolted to the oil tank.
