The end of the works is near but i want to check the engine start.
So,i take the fuel tank of xr600 and i connect a pipe between the tank and the carburator.
First of everything,I put 1,5 liters of oil  directly in the engine and 2 liters in the oil tank.
I wanted to test the oil bulb and during this,I checked the oil bulb and so i was be able to connect a provisory battery.
In this video you can see the first engine start.

Prima accensione four750 k0

The next steps are the carburators balance and  the check of carburation

I would ask some information about brake master cylinder.
So, I been able to anodizing the front master cylinder, and check the correct function.
The verification was successful.
So, after 4 days of stop, i checked if all is ok.
But I saw a little oil leak under the brake master cylinder.

"Before to reassembly, i have polished the hole".

So, I would to know if someone has done experiments about boring of brake master cylinder.

I appreciate your comments

Hi guys.

Today I wish to express my gratitude to Mr Marcel ( www.cb750faces.com ), for the maximum support.
For me is a friend.
I want to recommend their products to all.
They are not just words, I have the pictures.

These are the pictures before the restoring.

After the disassembling I seen this problem.

I solved this with idraulic press and many bad words

you know these?

This is my creatures with pipe heat shrink

.........Almost at the end......

And these are the precious gauges

Also this step is finished...Many thanks Marcel

Probably I finish the next week, and after I attach the last pictures.

A big curiosity ....

On ebay I find this...

http://www.ebay.it/itm/Birchwood-Casey-ALUMINIUM-BLACK-Metal-Finisher-/360191791945?pt=UK_SportingGoods_Hunting_ShootingSports_ET&hash=item53dd1a9349

Someone has already tried it?

it seems interesting and simple

Ciao amici.

Attention because if I see other reply in italian language, I start with many training.

So, I'm very sorry, because my english is not perfect and sometime I must to ask to my son if the tranlation is correct.
I can make a training, but really I have few time and I would to start with another restoring.

I bought an Xr600 1986  the restore is a disease for the brain :) But I love it

I think that my k0 restoring is nice but I have a little dream, I must to change the seat.

P.s.
I seen on ebay that american seller sells this seat.

http://www.ebay.it/itm/380974120501?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649

I understand if this item is made by Yamiya.
What do you think?
