i have a 1970 cb750 with a chopped frame,the front is stock and a hardtail section welded on ,anyway i only have 12 characters stamped on the neck of the frame,is that normal? also i have 13 on the engine casing that are different than on the neck,i am trying to figure out if the motor is a 1970
