BENJI
I have had good luck repairing sidecovers & airboxes with this stuff. It cures in minutes & when cured it is amazingly close to the original offwhite / cream color

Notice towards the back side of the #4 carb in the pictures you can see the remains of a paper sticker. I have an unmolested blue bike in the 16,XXX range 4800 miles. On my bike that is where the round blue paper sticker is located not on the engine block as talked about in an earlier thread.

Ok boys   JWalter has been out there a long time doing what he loves. I've had many dealings with him & have both sold him parts as well as purchased parts from him. I really don't think he's done anything "unscrupulous" here. I saw pictures of this bike when he recieved a while back & if I would have found it I would have jumped all over it. If he was not on the up & up his feed back would be crap.

Restoration of Sandcast #97 / Re: Restoration of Sandcast #97

Mark I have used this stuff several times on many repairs. Many names but all about the same stuff. It works & flows just as described but this is not welding it is more of a solder. Welding combines by melting the parent metal & the welding rod together this stuf just flows on top of the parent metal. If your base is super clean it should flow & fill any pits & can then be machined, sanded or filed

Parts For Sale / Re: 45 TOOTH REAR SPROCKETS
« on: February 28, 2011, 07:23:27 pm »
THANKS MARK
DO YOU SEE ANY DIFFERANCES IN THESE & THE OEM HONDA SPROCKET. ALSO THESE SPROCKETS APPEAR TO BE HEAT TREATED "HARDENED" AS THE OEM'S WERE. THE WAY YOU TELL IS WITH A FILE, A FILE WILL NOT CUT INTO THE TEETH AS IT WOULD ON JUST MILD STEEL.
