Hey all,
I have to be honest I didn't know anything about Sandcast motors until a couple of nights ago. Over the winter my lady and I bought a 1978 CB750F off of ebay - to ride alongside her 1976 CB750F.
Long story short the other night I finally remembered to go to the garage to look up the serial number on the engine, since it's not black like I know the 78 engines should be and that's where I see CB750E-1001547. Here's the thread on the SOHC4 forum identifying the engine to be sure it's what I was thinking it was -

At least for the summer the bike is going to get ridden - will be at the Bull City Rumble on Labor Day Weekend.
Looks like there are amazing bikes on this forum!
