Engine KO

Hello ,
I noticed that there is a difference in the engine, I have a photo as an example. The right image shows a K0, the other K1-K6 engines have it different. Has this ever been noticed? Greetings from Germany Christoph

Must be later than a K2 because my K2 motorcycle has the K0 style case.

I have no real knowledge of the models post K0 but it could be an F1 case I recall many years ago something in a conversation that F1 cases were slightly wider than the K series. I could be also talking nonsense
